The hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The room size was spacious and accommodated my needs well. I found the unlimited bottled water in the room particularly useful.
I found the internet connectivity unreliable. The food selection in the executive lounge could be improved, especially the hot food options in the afternoon. The process for the cloakroom after the event was inefficient, the queue was too LONG.

A Truly Dreamy Stay
spacious room attentive staff
The room was VERY spacious. It was a Superior Suite 1 King. Housekeeping attended daily. The service was prompt, so our room was ALWAYS super clean. The staff was attentive and addressed every need IMMEDIATELY!!!

The front desk staff, especially Erina, were helpful. She gave me the best room! The Executive Lounge is lovely. The security in the hotel is very good, and I felt safe. I was pleased to find that they addressed my air quality concerns promptly. A full ducting clean up happened. I was impressed!
My room's desk drawer was broken. It would not shut properly.

The location is excellent and steps from Hyde Park! The hotel is also close to many famous places. It makes it easy to come and go, especially with the parking entry on the side.

nice cheesecake creamy filling fresh raspberries blocked entry card confused staff basic tasks
i had a nice cheesecake at park lane market. its presentation stood out with a tall golden crust. fresh raspberries topped its creamy filling. the texture was smooth and indulgent.
after breakfast , reception staff blocked my entry card. they insisted i pay again for my room. this happened despite the fact that i had prepaid my entire stay. the staff looked confused and unable to perform basic tasks.

generally positive experience
convenient location parking entry modernisation need broken drawer
the location is amazing. it is just steps from hyde park, i found that convenient. the parking entry is on the side, this made it easy to come and go, i really appreciated this aspect.
the room was in need of modernisation. i noticed a broken desk drawer that would not shut, a minor inconvenience. the wardrobe door was fitted behind the main door. you couldn't actually open the wardrobe door fully, quite odd.

I loved the executive room. It had recently been refurbished to a high standard! the executive lounge offered tasty treats, though it was sometimes busy. the hotel staff were respectful! and helpful
my room was surprisingly poor! the room lighting was really bad though there were several lamps.
